What will the revolution workout do for me?...

I have never worked out before/I am already fit; is the revolution workout for me?...
Yes! The revolution workout provides a safe, effective workout for ALL ages and ALL fitness levels. The resistance machines automatically adjust to your level of effort, so if you are new to exercise you can start at a low intensity and build it up as your level of fitness increases. Our qualified fitness instructors will advise on the appropriate exercise intensity for you.
Will I get big muscles from the resistance machines?...
No! Our machines work on the endurance principle which means you will do a high number of repetitions but with a low resistance provided by the hydraulic system. This will tone and define your muscles, and increase their stamina, but will not make them any bigger.
How many calories will I burn during the workout?...
Our qualified fitness instructor did the full 30 minute circuit wearing a heart rate monitor and burnt nearly 300 calories, the equivalent of a 30 minute jog! Calorie expenditure will vary from person to person depending on their weight and fitness level, but we can confidently estimate that you will burn between 250 and 600 calories per workout. And don’t forget, as your metabolism is raised, you will benefit from increased calorie burn after your workout too.
What will motivate me to workout regularly?...
You will have fun working out in the friendly, women only environment and you are more likely to achieve results if you set out to lose weight or get fit with a friend. Alternating exercises every 30 seconds on the revolution circuit keeps the workout varied and interesting, and its completed in just 30 minutes.
