The Revolution 30 Minute Circuit Workout

Revolution offers a circuit of exercises using the high quality TechnoGym Easyline range of equipment. The workout alternates between user friendly resistance machines that adjust automatically to your intensity level while toning your muscles, and aerobic stations designed to increase your heart rate and burn calories. You can join the circuit at any point and move from exercise to exercise every 30 seconds when you hear the voice-over cue. Complete the circuit three times, stretch out to finish and your workout is complete. That's just 30 minutes of exercise working your whole body, ensuring you stay in shape.
